Contractor shall furnish whatever information is requested by Owner for the purpose of establishing the placement of insurance coverages and shall aid and cooperate in every reasonable way with respect to such insurance and any loss thereunder. The Contract Documents shall not be construed to create a contractual relationship of any kind between any persons or entities other than the Owner and the Contractor.
